Most analysts agree that rising supply and sluggish demand by China will keep pushing copper price downward. Price Waterhouse and Coopers (PwC) stated in its annual copper survey of 2014 that copper’s current level is the result of a supply-demand imbalance, which some predict will worsen in the months ahead.
