Why Mongolia Rail will not be successful? June 20th, 2013

There is a major opportunity arising in Mongolia, to invest in railway infrastructure covers construction, financing and operation of approximately 1,900 km of new railway.  The capital expenditure cost estimate is approximately USD 5.2 billion .Investors are invited to express their interest going forward.
