Conference Coordinator as an Intern/Trainee for Annual Conference: Invest Mongolia 2017

Frontier's annual conference is the most comprehensive forum on investing in Mongolia. It facilitates foreign investment in Mongolia by giving investors insight into what kind of investment opportunities exist, while streamlining the capital raising process by connecting service providers to Mongolian companies looking to raise capital internationally.

Three months spent with Frontier Securities will be worth more than three years spent with a similar company in a developed country (A comment from previous Intern)



TITLE:               Conference Coordinator of Invest Mongolia 2017

REPORTS TO:     Chief Executive Officer and General Manager

CONTRACT:        1 - 3 months

FUNCTION:         Provides administrative supports to Managements through conmunicationg with attendees, sponsors and partners etc on the conference. Support in the areas of web-advertising and e-promotion. Also responsible for duties outlined below.


1. Annual Conference

  1. coordinate speakers, sponsors, partners and registrants
  2. manage logistics for conference
  3. prepare the conference brochure, agenda and other marketing materials
  4. develop and solicit supporters & sponsors
  5. manage post-conference activities
  6. assist in all other conference related jobs requested by Managements

2. Customer Service activities

  1. incoming calls, voicemail, email responses
  2. copying, faxing, emailing etc

3. Financial Activities

  1. Assist managements on conference-related payments 
  2. receive finalcials and other important documents from speakers and exhibitors


  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking in English and in Mongolian
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
  • Proficient in using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Demonstrate proven marketing skills
